I HAD TO ASK AND STILL HAVE A FEW OTHER BASIC QUSTIONS ABOUT THE TRANSACTION THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AUTOMATICALLY GIVEN TO ME. WHEN I WOULD ASK A QUESTION, HE RESPONED TO ME LIKE I WAS AN IDIOT. I DON'T THINK I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY AGAIN IF I BUY FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP. ALSO, THE ENTIRE PROCESS BETWEEN SALES AND FINANCE TOOK WAY TO MUCH TIME. DONT KNOW WHY SINCE I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. WHILE I WAS THERE, I ALSO HAD THE CAR SERVICED AND AS USUAL, NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER AND THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT. More

I dropped the car off at 8:15 am on Weds Feb 2nd and picked it up at 5:30pm the same day. I Was disappointed that the car did not receive a car wash and no rain check was offered. My service advisor Mickey was very nice and personally deserves five stars. AutoNation however is the worst company I've ever dealt with in the car business. Their Savannah location was unprofessional and deserves five stars. AutoNation however is the worst company I've ever dealt with in the car business. Their Savannah location was unprofessional and incompetent. To get my car back working it took 6 months and 41 days in the shop for something that should have been a one day fix. When I initially got my car back they made the repair and correctly resulting in additional damages and then incorrectly diagnosed those. The GM of the Savannah store is unresponsive and their corporate office does not respond to customers. I have a case that I followed up on no less than 20 times and have been waiting 90 days with no reply. As great as Mickey was, I would literally take my business anywhere but automation and I certainly would never buy another Hyundai. I am still waiting on a $1,800 rental car reimbursement. More
