I have had my Genesis serviced there for the past 10 years the service was always great, just extended the warranty on my car for 3 more years. Pleasant and courteous. The service did take longer than I was told, which was frustrating. The advisor apologized and because it was for a recall, I imagine, it was hard to be exact. My last was less than ideal. My wait time was too long without any explanation. I left without my next visit notification/reminder (windshield)being updated. The two are my major concerns. The waiting area was clean and hospitable, unfortunately that is not a factor. My odometer was 500+ miles under the recommended suggestion for my return and was due to travel to Augusta, Ga. I was tempted to have my auto returned to me and me make reservation to have services done there. More
So far everything seems the same as Peacock.
