She then followed up to confirm my appointment & CJ was available when I arrived. CJ was very professional, not aggressive and was great to work with. In addition, Mike and Matt Are great sales managers and not your typical high pressured tactics. In fact even my 17 year old son commented on how different an experience it was compared to where we had been over the last couple of days. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and in fact we purchased 2 cars. More

His primary focus is customer service. Shawn puts every other car salesman to shame. Nothing is more important to him than finding the right car for his clients, making sure he gets them the best possible deal, and ensuring that the process of buying a car is pleasant and streamlined. He is responsive to inquiries and works extremely hard on his clients’ behalf. I met the General Sales Manager yesterday, and he cd not hv been more pleasant and accommodating.
