His primary focus is customer service. Shawn puts every other car salesman to shame. Nothing is more important to him than finding the right car for his clients, making sure he gets them the best possible deal, and ensuring that the process of buying a car is pleasant and streamlined. He is responsive to inquiries and works extremely hard on his clients’ behalf. I met the General Sales Manager yesterday, and he cd not hv been more pleasant and accommodating. My experience with the Service Department has always been satisfactory. Service is performed efficiently and with a smile. And it’s always a plus to get a clean car back!
