Our first contact with Peacock Hyundai was a phone call with the on-line salesperson, Marie. She was friendly, patient and professional, getting us a better deal than we had expected, which led us to the 2 hour ride to their dealership. We were met by Phillip, our salesman, who was extremely professional and pleasant, and then met the manager, Mike, who advised us that the vehicle we wanted was just delivered. He reaffirmed the quoted price and assured their commitment to our satisfaction. After working the details out with salesmen, Phillip and Garrison, we then went to the finance guy, John, who was pleasant, professional and quick! Phillip and Garrison then patiently taught us how to use all the bells and whistles on our new Hyundai. It was an excellent experience and more importantly, we got a great deal, (MUCH better than a deal offered by a dealership in North Charleston!). We highly recommend Peacock Hyundai to everyone looking for a new car. More
