A-1 EXPERIENCE MY CONSUMER RELATIONSHIP STARTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP WHEN MY FATHER PASSED AWAY AND I STARTED USING HIS 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA FOR MY DAILY DRIVER. I HA MY CONSUMER RELATIONSHIP STARTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP WHEN MY FATHER PASSED AWAY AND I STARTED USING HIS 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA FOR MY DAILY DRIVER. I HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS BUT ALL OF THEM SEEMED TO FALL UNDER A RECALL AS THE WARRANTY WAS WAY OVERDUE, I NEVER PAID A DIME OUT OF MY POCKET AND THEY EVEN COVERED THE ENGINE FAILURE UNDER RECALL AND PROVIDED ME WITH A RENTAL UNTIL THEY COULD REPLACE WITH A BRAND NEW MOTOR! THE CAR WAS AN OLDER MODEL AND THE ISSUES HAVE ALL BEEN RESOLVED AS THE ENGINE FAILURE WAS DUE TO METAL PARTS INFILTRATING A NUMBER OF CAR ENGINES IN AN ALABAMA PLANT ON A SPECIFIC DAY,WITH THAT BEING SAID I FELT COMFORTABLE GIVING THEM A SHOT AGAIN WHEN A MONTH LATER MY DADS CAR WAS TOTALED DUE TO AN ACCIDENT. MICKEY HARVEST IS A HUGE REASON I CONSIDERED DOING NEW BUSINESS WITH PEACOCK HARDEEVILLE. MICKEY ALONG WITH JESSICA CODY (SERVICE MANAGER) DEALT WITH ALL MY FRUSTRATIONS WITH CLASS ON MANY OCCASIONS ALONG WITH SAVANNAH McALEENAN WHO HELPED ME WITH A SEPARATE ISSUE A FEW MONTHS LATER. I BELIEVE ANYONE CAN SELL YOU A CAR BUT FEW CAN PROVIDE ADEQUATE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE AND THEY PROVED THEY COULD! MY BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS JUST AS GOOD, I HAD GOOD INTERACTIONS WITH MARIE ANDERSON WHEN I SHOWED INTEREST IN TEST DRIVING, MY SALESMAN JEFF RIBAK WAS TOP NOTCH AS HE DEALT WITH ME AFTER I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH AND WAS SET ON A BUDGET, HE COULD HAVE EASILY LET ME WALK AWAY BUT WE SAT DOWN WITH THE SALES MANAGER MATT HOUGHTON WHO WAS ALSO TOP NOTCH,WE TALKED FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES ABOUT LIFE AND THEN IN THE END CAME TO A DEAL WHERE WE ALL FELT COMFORTABLE! ****EDIT/UPDATE: AFTER PURCHASING CAR, I GOT A FLAT AND TOOK THE SPARE DOWN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND DROPPED OFF THE TIRE AND WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR TIRE BUT TO TELL SERVICE TO WAIVE THE MOUNT AND BALANCE BEING SUCH A BRAND NEW CAR, I WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE WITH PAYING FOR ALL BUT THOUGHT THAT WAS A NICE GESTURE, FORWARD A WEEK LATER AND SERVICE CALLS TO TELL ME MY BALANCE AND OF COURSE IT INCLUDES THE MOUNT AND BALANCE SO I LET MY SERVICE ADVISOR KNOW WHAT MATT INSTRUCTED, A FEW HOURS LATER I GET A CALL SAYING THAT I'M BEING CALLED A LIAR OVER $30 DOLLARS AND THAT MATT NEVER SAID SUCH THING..BRAVE MOVE ON MATT'S PART BEING THAT NOW I'VE BEEN SOLD A CAR AND HAVE NO RECOURSE RIGHT?NOPE, JOKES ON HIM THOUGH BECAUSE I WAS ALREADY LOOKING AT ANOTHER PURCHASE FOR MY FIANCEE WITH JEFF RIBAK..I'LL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO DEAL WITH MATT OR THE DEALERSHIP IF THEY SO CHOOSE TO STAND BEHIND SOMEONE WHO CALLS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIARS.
