I was in for a warranty recall on on 11 year old car. Very happy they took care of it. On the other hand, my car has 40,000 miles and they recommended that I replace my timing belt. I would recommend the dealership for sales, but the service has really went downhill the past year, unfortunately. I use to come in for a scheduled service appointment and be in and out within 20-30 mi service has really went downhill the past year, unfortunately. I use to come in for a scheduled service appointment and be in and out within 20-30 minutes, now it's at least a hour and a half. They don't bother to call you if they don't have everything to complete your appointment so now I have to come back in a few weeks when they can get me back in again to drive another hour to the service. It use to be worth the hour drive to go to their service department verses the other one that's a bit closer, but not any more. More
