Had a problem with my steering, they got me in to fix it and they got it covered under warranty. My 2015 Sonata rear tinting was bubbling so I took it in for replacement under warranty, and the passenger side window button didn't wortk, nor the passenger mirror. While the car was in the lot, someone ra for replacement under warranty, and the passenger side window button didn't wortk, nor the passenger mirror. While the car was in the lot, someone ran into it and did some pretty significant damage to the front end, bent the hood, etc. The lot has construction going on so no cameras were active. I was very upset. But, they did the repairs and it came out looking brand new. Everything is fixed, everything looks great and I'm super happy with the work they did. More

Customer service is great, Jorge kept me informed of the process as promised. I was not happy with fact that no car loaners are available at this location. Since this is the only car we have I had to rent a process as promised. I was not happy with fact that no car loaners are available at this location. I also had the oil changed while the car was there, when I got home the Service Alert had not been updated, hence for the 4 STAR for quality work. More
