I took my car in for service that was requested for my vehicle. I dropped my car off before my appointment time. I called 4 hours later and was told that they did not start on my car yet. 3 hours later I vehicle. I dropped my car off before my appointment time. I called 4 hours later and was told that they did not start on my car yet. 3 hours later I returned and was told that they would be finished shortly. I sat there for another hour and a half waiting for my vehicle. When picking up my son, he opened the back car door and there was a cigarette bud on the floor of my car. I do not smoke, so that was very disappointing to see that someone had smoked near my car. Also, the stickers that were put on my car for the service were slapped on there very sloppily. More

I particularly appreciated the free shuttle that took my daughter and I to a nearby restaurant, so we could enjoy some breakfast whil my appointment. Though right now, their Service is slow, it is superb! ! Once they get into the new building, things should level out and people know what they are supposed to do and actually do it!!
