The Sales Department is AWESOME, Angelo Bunch is a good salesman. I have had my Palisade for One year. I am totally happy with my car. I have had two oil changes and each time I would have an appointment a salesman. I have had my Palisade for One year. I am totally happy with my car. I have had two oil changes and each time I would have an appointment at 10 o clock. But they took Five hours to get it done. Why make an appointment ? I am not happy with the service department. It is not the peoples fault who work the counter. they said they are over booked by Auto Nation. Please fix your way of booking appointments. Five hours waiting in their lobby is not right. I have serviced my vehicle at this establishment for 5 years. After multiple email contacts online, I booked my car in for a standard service. I specifically stated I would wait for the car. On ar years. After multiple email contacts online, I booked my car in for a standard service. I specifically stated I would wait for the car. On arrival at the appointed hour, I asked specifically how long the service would take. I was advised between an hour and 90 minutes. That I took as a fair assessment as after all it was essentially just an oil change and check. After 90 minutes I enquired about the progress and was told the car was third in line. That meant nothing to me so I asked for additional detail. Long and short, they had no idea. In fact, the parties attending to me appeared particularly clueless and did not give any degree of comfort that they knew what they were doing. Based on that, and the poor overall attitude, I told them to cancel my appointment and I left the dealership. I will not be back. More
I had a 10:30 service appointment left to go back to work due to an event that we were having. I was told that the car should be ready in 2.5 hrs, which was perfect. My co-worker dropped me off at 1:15 and I due to an event that we were having. I was told that the car should be ready in 2.5 hrs, which was perfect. My co-worker dropped me off at 1:15 and I discovered that they never touched my car. Did the people who arrived after me somehow jump ahead of me because they were waiting on site? Who knows? I took my car and spent the rest of my afternoon trying to find another place to fit me in. I never had a problem when it was Peacock Hyundai; but this is my second visit to AutoNation and the experience has been underwhelming. That's unfortunate since I tend to be loyal to brands and dealerships. More
Negative experience. No call backs or updates since the car was in their possession since September. We picked up car on Dec 8 with more issues. There was no oil in engine, engine light on, leak from under vehicle, and engine splash shield improperly installed because the bolt was missing and hanging under the vehicle. GM stated his lead mechanic would address and repair my concerns next day priority. Not! We got a bunch of wait one moment and then my college son drove away with engine light still on, no explanation why there was no oil in vehicle, and the leak they claim was from an area they did not touch when they replaced the engine. However, they did fix the shield. The leak was not there before it was in the dealership's possession. Do Better AutoNation Hyundai! More
I had a 9:30 appointment December 9, for an oil change and an air & fuel filter change. I waited 4 hours for them to complete my car. Since their name has changed to AutoNation Hyundai Savannah their serv and an air & fuel filter change. I waited 4 hours for them to complete my car. Since their name has changed to AutoNation Hyundai Savannah their service has been lacking. What happen to the former employees before the name of the company changed? Much improvement is needed! Not a great experience. First they are in the process of a move and the service center check-in area is small, tight and confused. Staffers were zipping in and out, and (even after arriving 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time) I waited in line for check in for 15 minutes. Once there, any time I was face to face with a staffer, they were friendly and helpful, BUT one told me that they were doubled booked all day! When I asked how long my wait time would be for a recall, the initial estimate was.... 4 HOURS!. Luckily for me, my 4 hour wait was only 2-and-a-half hours. HMMM .... should I be thankful? Once again I stood in line for 10 minutes and once again, when connecting with an actual person, they were pleasant, efficient and easy to work with. However, someone was responsible for this screw-up and wasting a big chunk of my day. More
