Not sure what the Gen Manager can do if he is not in Savannah looking at the daily operations here. But if he can work some magic and direct me to someone who might be interested in treating me like they want to have me as a customer.....and not hold me responsible for their backlog or short staff, I would be interested in a solution. According to the record of what was done to "repair" my car, all they did was plug it in to charge it which should have taken 3 hours but they kept my car for 9 days and, so far, have not honored the warranty which says that Hyundai will pay for any tow or contacted me in any way.
