Max Moon was great. I told him I had to be at work at 1:00. He went to the shop and had my battery replaced right away. However I was told by Dana at this facility my ba I told him I had to be at work at 1:00. He went to the shop and had my battery replaced right away. However I was told by Dana at this facility my battery was under warranty. It was not under warranty. I did not appreciate being giving the wrong information when I was told I had to pay for the battery. Dana should not be giving out false information. If she is uncertain of how to answer questions she should give the call to someone who does. I have a job which involves customer service. Had an oil change. Was expected to take about 1.5 hours - took 3. The service advisor was friendly and helpful when we arrived. The dealership is under construction - so no coffee, water in the lounge - which was expected. The wifi didn't work. The disappointment was the lack of communication - no one checked in with us while we were there. We checked with our advisor at one point who told us it would be 30-45 minutes more. He then must have gone for lunch - no communication from anyone. We had to ask and have someone else finish the paperwork as we could see the vehicle on the lot. There was a technical problem and the price had to be adjusted as we were to get the oil change special. More
I went in for a routine service. They recommended a cabin filter change ($100) and a front end alignment. The tires are wearing fine and I only have 12k miles. Not sure why it would need an alignment this soon. We don’t drive over curbs. I thought cars today are supposed to not need that very often. The dealer is going through a remodel, but there was no coffee or soda available. The individual that helped me didn’t seem like he liked his job. I expected much more from the dealer. I may start going to a different dealer for my future service. More
