Service advisor was twenty minutes late for my scheduled appointment. He tried to upsell me on an $1800 service I didn't need yet. I waited two and a half hours (as promised) before my advisor went to lunch appointment. He tried to upsell me on an $1800 service I didn't need yet. I waited two and a half hours (as promised) before my advisor went to lunch leaving me to wait an additional hour to pay and leave. Thank goodness for Jerry, who helped me out. It's nice that they have one fantastic employee. Please give Jerry a raise and hire more advisors like him. Hope you enjoyed your lunch, Joe. More

Bought my Hyundai here in 2006. Have only been served here and she is still purring like a kitten. Service people are both friendly and knowledgeable about my car. Awful service. My handicapped, senior parents waited almost 3 hours for a simple oil change. They were never called over intercom either. They CALLED me right after parents went to counter for update. H almost 3 hours for a simple oil change. They were never called over intercom either. They CALLED me right after parents went to counter for update. He tried to lie & said they called over loud speaker. They scratched my media screen & didn't wash my car. I got no complimentary car wash nor was there a paper protector on driver floor. 35 years of maintaining my vehicles, & this is by far the worst service ever! More
I went in to the Hyundai dealership where I always get work done on my 2018 Sonata for a simple oil change and to ask about some other concerns with the vehicle. My service advisor Joe seemed nice enough work done on my 2018 Sonata for a simple oil change and to ask about some other concerns with the vehicle. My service advisor Joe seemed nice enough until he started to really pressure me into getting a $1400 "scheduled maintenance package" on my car. With that being a pretty hefty price tag, I genuinely asked him if I really, really needed to get that much work done on my relatively new car and asked him to talk to me as a person not a salesman. Without pausing or batting an eye, he said absolutely. He knew I don't know about cars and was taking advantage of me for a higher commission. While working on my car, I was told my fuel pump was burnt out and needed to be replaced. When I told him I had just fixed it at their facility recently because mine was faulty, he said mine was a month over warranty of when they fixed it and I had to pay out of pocket. So even though they may have not fixed it properly the first time, I now had to pay for a new part. Long story short and several more phone calls later, he hit me with a $3000 price tag for all the work done on my relatively new car. The real kicker was going to pick up my car and having a different advisor bring me my keys and he was shocked to see my total on a 2018 car. I asked him if I was taken advantage of and he openly admitted that Joe absolutely pressured me into getting way more service than I needed because he knew I didn't know any better. If the things included in that service package were necessary, the other advisor only suggests it to clients as individual services as required on the vehicle. I was fuming when I heard this. How nice of Joe to make sure he got a nice, big commission payment right before the holidays no matter who he gets it from. I will most likely never return to this dealership if this is the way they train their staff to operate. I liked going to the dealership to ensure I got all Hyundai brand parts, but now I really don't care. I'll find a shop somewhere else that is realistically cheaper and employs honest staff. More
