I would not buy another car from this dealer. The service department is unreliable and does not fix your car in a timely manner. Out of 4 months, our car has been in the shop for a total of 31/ The service department is unreliable and does not fix your car in a timely manner. Out of 4 months, our car has been in the shop for a total of 31/2 months. Issues started with a faulty engine that took over two months to fix. We got our car back and 5 days later has another issue. Received it back and 3 days later we had our 3rd issue. Car went back to the shop and was there a little over a week. Received it back for the 3rd time and the fourth issue occurred.. Took it back to the shop, and it was there another week and was returned to us with no repair. They said they could not duplicate the problem. Very disappointed and frustrating! More
When I arrived, they had nothing in the computer even though I had scheduled and listed the items I wanted done online. This is the same crap that Parkway used to do when they owned the dealership. Then I was informed I would have to leave the car a week because they would not be able to do the diagnostics on the air conditioning for at least 5 to 7 days and that this was a much shorter time than just 3 months ago. My Genesis (still Hyundai at that time), is an awesome car. That is why I still have it after 11 years. When it comes to service however, Parkway was lacking in this area, and I pray AutoNation will not pick up all the same bad habits. The service writer was polite, and the remainder of the staff was polite but don't bother with the online if you will ignore it and warn people that you don't have the mechanics to do diagnostics. If anything, you should flag the diagnostics when people request service online and let them know the window or date when you can work with the vehicle. More
They called me come in earlier. It was a Saturday. They had "openings". I get there and they don't offer to take me anywhere and tell me how to walk to lunch. When I back the rush the employees to get me the car because he said they may get off early was my car was the last one. He says it's in the wash, the people bring it up.... unwashed. I ask why it's not washed and he said he didn't have time (because his boss was rushing him). I made him wash it. Such a joke. Didn't even offer to make my diag appt and kept complaining about having 262 cars on the lot. He could've sent me somewhere since I drove all the way down there to have this done and let me make an appt. Too casual of a place in my opinion. He also said come back in about 750 miles but my oil tag says 14,000 on the dot--- which is less than 6000. When you enter it says "we take pride in your vehicle.....". Next to foot cover papers for the mats and stuff.... never used in my vehicle. More

Jonathan was very helpful and attentive to my concerns and provided great guidance. I didn’t have to wait when I brought in my car or when I came to pick it up.
