My technician was supposed to arrive between 1-6pm . He never even updated to tell me he was gonna be late until I was calling . He got there 630 not only that he came rushing to do the job . I was very pleased with the communication and prompt service. And, the tech was friendly and engaging. That said, I paid for a diagnostic test on my car, and was told they would be calling me yesterday service. And, the tech was friendly and engaging. That said, I paid for a diagnostic test on my car, and was told they would be calling me yesterday with the results. I received no call and was given no paperwork. So I paid $200 for what amounts to absolutely nothing at this point. I have nothing to tell me what was wrong with my car. So if I wanted to go elsewhere to have it addressed, I would need to lay for a diagnostic test again. . As of today it was a waste of money and time as I have been left from where I started with nothing actionable to proceed with. More
