AutoNation Nissan Chandler - Service Center

Although I did not buy my car from AutoNation Nissan, Chandler, I have been getting my oil changed and tire since 2018. I always feel like I am valuable customer. I always thought Nissan parts were the same cost & labor at all Nissan dealers...not true. AutoNation Nissan Chandler's price & labor was WAY lower than the estimate I received at another AutoNation Nissan at all Nissan dealers...not true. Called asked if I had my wife's car towed in if they could look at it, it was yes the next morning I had it there it was taken in then Jennifer told me as soon as the problem was found she would call me could look at it, it was yes the next morning I had it there it was taken in then Jennifer told me as soon as the problem was found she would call me with in a short time she called, so l told her to have fixed also she told me about my back breaks and I had them fixed over all it was good service it was finished in a timely manner. This Nissan dealership is very professional. The only issue I have is not necessarily with the dealership, but with Nissan's email and reporting system, which was telling me I had a free oil cha The only issue I have is not necessarily with the dealership, but with Nissan's email and reporting system, which was telling me I had a free oil change coming from a service contract that I had canceled. Of course when I had my service appt they confirmed that the free oil changes were from my service contract which was cancelled. So, a little disappointment and confusion, but the service performed was done professionally. More
