Do not feel my concerns were addressed. Backup camera has gone out four times and they said I have to bring it in when it’s not working. Sales staff, upper management, and service department manager are nice and friendly. So far, I've had my new Frontier in to have some Nissan accessories installed, and for them to add a rear sliding wind manager are nice and friendly. So far, I've had my new Frontier in to have some Nissan accessories installed, and for them to add a rear sliding window that was missing from my truck that, according to the online brochure at the time of purchase, was supposed to be installed as part of the SV trim package. They had my truck for two days to add the accessories, which should have only taken about 6 hours, and was in first for a day, then for a week to replace the window. In fairness, there was more to it besides just swapping windows. They either offered me, or gave me a loaner to drive both times. Of the three times my truck was there, they washed my truck once after they finished the work. Not sure if they are supposed to do it after every service or not. Check your bill before paying it because they tried to charge me a 'shop disposal fee' on my bill to 'install' parts. I can understand the fee for oil changes and tire purchases, but even then, write it off as part of doing business. More
Jonathan was extremely friendly throughout this experience. The cost for my repair was however $140.00 more than I was quoted and they did Not wash my vehicle as usual. I had to call multiple times to see if my car was ready. I brought my car in 1PM on Wednesday to replace a sensor and do a break flush. I did not car my car returned until 6 pm on Friday. Had to call multiple times to see if it was ready. More
