I get the feeling from the service department that it’s all about money and nothing to do will quality work. They would always mention that they will wash the car. They never do. I had a maintenance service schedule, and when my husband arrived at the dealer, the car sit in the parking for nearly 2 hours before they took it back. That was after I called them to find an update since m arrived at the dealer, the car sit in the parking for nearly 2 hours before they took it back. That was after I called them to find an update since my husband was waiting at the dealer the whole time. Then, they did an alignment without doing a tire rotation. Apparently, they couldn’t find the key to the tires, so they didn’t do the tires rotation. Waste of time!! Who knows if they actually change the oil. More
