Have to make an appointment for an oil change. The oil change and running the car through a car wash took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Although this may seem a longer wait than necessary for a "scheduled appointment", my last two oil changes at other Nissan dealerships took over 2 hours (and that's without the car wash because I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes). At this Nissan dealership, I was told right away that it would take 60 to 90 minutes. So the service at this dealership was more helpful than other Nissan dealerships. Although I have to drive an extra 15 minutes to get to this dealership rather than a closer dealership, I will be coming to AutoNation Nissan Chandler for future service to my Nissan. More

My car needed regular service and some extra work done. My service advisor, Albert Fuentes, went over any issues my car may have. It needed some work done, but the cost was to fix them was expensive.
