I made appointment for services to get a oil change and tire rotation. They call the day before to confirm appointment and I stated I will be there .So I received a call the day of my appointment 12/31/25 tire rotation. They call the day before to confirm appointment and I stated I will be there .So I received a call the day of my appointment 12/31/25 at 2:14pm when my appointment was 5:00pm from Peter to inform me that they close at 4:00 and if I can get there at 3pm I still get my services or I can do another day .They did won’t to waste my time .I stated you already wasted my time because I already had set up to come after work . Try offering me a free oil change when it was no benefit cause I already have a plan that pays for that .Then offer me windshield wipers that won’t add up to even a oil change or my inconvenience..Just poor service time and professional .Then stated yea someone drop the ball ..I stated yea yall not me .Dont go here fo services they suck . I bought a car in October 2025. I look at 3 cars the first 2 cars smell very bad. They clean the cars with a discussion cleaner that has strong Oder. The 3rd car had the same Odo I look at 3 cars the first 2 cars smell very bad. They clean the cars with a discussion cleaner that has strong Oder. The 3rd car had the same Odor but not as bad. The sale lady said after 3 days it would go away but had not it’s been month still smell bad. Is there anyway that I can take the car in to have a professional person that clean car odor.
