When I was charged more than the coupon, I was told that was the best he could do. Seriously?!? I have tried on 3 separate occasions over the past few years to have the recalls on my vehicle serviced. Each time I am told a different story why the recalls that I have been notified about by Nissan can’t be done. Hopefully these recalls will not kill me before I find somewhere to have the work done. Due to this service dept, I will never buy another car from this dealership! I could say more but I need to get back to work. More

I was very pleased with my experience other than the time frame. We waited almost 4 hours after we decided to purchase. Then finally had to leave on Sunday and come back Monday. I was told it would only take an hour to finish up and I come up on my lunch but it took over 2 hours. Everyone was very nice. Vehicle inside wasn’t cleaned up and I’m sure bc of the rush for me to get back to work. They did tell me to come back and they would help me with the apps. Everyone was nice!!! More
