I have taken my Nissan to a few other dealerships and this one by fair does not compare to those. The one on Orange Bloosm Trail in Orlando FL was the best in everything. When I call to speak to someone here in Memphis they make you feel as though you are wasting their time and one of person's that answers the phone in the service dept makes me feel like I'm conversating with a 12 year old. Understanding mentally and emotionally spiritually physically all that. It's said and hard to conduct business properly and frustrating as xxxx!! Great customer service, detailing needs help on new cars left psa glue on windshield. I also follow a form in the glove box from Nissan that was authorization to return vechicles to plant (RTP’s) So I have left psa glue on windshield.
