I was not able to do business because the salesman could not make the transaction that I requested. I was there at the dealership for over 5 hours, waited patiently because I thought that the finance manager was trying to meet my needs for acquiring another car. If that is not the case then it was a complete waste of time. I was not Upset, just disappointed. I went to another dealership that met my needs.
