I have purchased from Dobbs Nissan in the past and had a very good experience. However, in dealing with Natasha, my recent purchase experience was outstanding. She was not at all what I expected in a sales very good experience. However, in dealing with Natasha, my recent purchase experience was outstanding. She was not at all what I expected in a salesperson. She was not pushy, she let me make suggestions on pricing and did not put me down (as so many other salespeople had). She worked with me and her sales manager to get me the price I wanted to pay. She was friendly and showed a professionalism missing in so many car sasles people. I had talked with another person, who I did not know, but who had purchased a truck like the one I wanted. He told me he bought from Dobbs and Natasha was his salesrep. He shared with me the price he paid, which gave me great hope. He too was very satisfied and that is why I sought to do business with Natasha and Dobbs. I had gotten the same truck and price from Jim Keras Nissasn but because of the way I was treated by Natasha, I went to Dobbs. She is a fine person and it was a pleasure having her for my salesrep. I hope the next time I want to purchase a new Nissan that Natasha will be available because she is the kind of sales professional I prefer to do business. More

I had been looking for a Quest in my hometown, when they would not come off the price of the vehicle I started searching for another dealership & found Dobbs Nissan. Which is 2 hours away. My salesperson was Natasha. We spoke on the phone several times about the new vehicle I was searching for. Natasha was always polite & knowledgable about the particular vehicle I wanted. We done all the negotiating over the phone & I asked her could I come n the next morning & sign the paperwork. It only took 45 minutes to buy my new vehicle & it was thousands cheaper!!!! Natasha had it cleaned & full of gas! My husband was in shock on how quickly we were able to get in & out & headed back home! Natasha has greeted me personally every time that I have arrived. This personal attention has made me feel welcome an appreciated as a customer. Natasha was very knowledgeable and knew every aspect of my car. She took the time to demonstrate all of the functions associated with my new 370Z. On a test drive Natasha even let me play my favorite group, Rammstein, while we did a test drive just so I could test out the audio system. This is the first time that I have enjoyed buying a car and it is all due to my dealings with Natasha. When I had my car serviced I dealt with John Galvalisi. John was very nice and was always open and upfront about any work being done on my car. John made sure that my service started on time and that the work was completed promptly. John would even come out and give me updates. The rest of the staff were also polite and were very involved in the process. I highly recommend Dobbs Nissan and especially suggest asking for either Natasha or John. More

My husband and I had been shopping around for a Nissan Murano for over two years. When we were finally ready to purchase one, we had a great deal of trouble finding the particular color that we wanted - Murano for over two years. When we were finally ready to purchase one, we had a great deal of trouble finding the particular color that we wanted - Graphite Blue. After an online search, we found that what we wanted was in Memphis, Tennessee, at Dobbs Nissan, which is approximately 4 1/2 hours from home. Let me tell you, it was definitely worth the drive! Jim "Tank" Tankersley, our sales consultant, greeted us warmly when we walked in and immediately took us outside to look over the vehicle and take it for a test drive. Jim was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and told us about features that no other sales consultants had shown us in the two years we had been shopping around. When it came to negotiating the price, Roger (the sales manager) made us an awesome deal. Negotiating is usually uncomfortable and awkward, but not with Jim and Roger. I really feel like we paid a fair price for our Murano. When it came time to leave, Jim walked us out to the vehicle and took the time to answer all of our questions. He gave us his business card with his cell phone number and told us to call him anytime. You can't beat service like that! This morning, he called to make sure everything was great and to see if we had any more questions. We love our LE Murano and are so happy to have made the drive! Thanks, Jim and Roger! More
