I purchased my Nissan at automation Memphis, and have been getting my vehicle serviced there as well. Whenever I am there my salesperson Patrick Henderson always asks why I'm there, how happy I am with been getting my vehicle serviced there as well. Whenever I am there my salesperson Patrick Henderson always asks why I'm there, how happy I am with my vehicle and if there is anything he can help me with. On this last visit I felt with two Service Coordinators Davison and Matt, both were very helpful and friendly. The Service Manager Mike McMullen was extremely helpful in answering my questions about a recall notice on my vehicle and went above and beyond in assuring my service was completed in a timely manner. He personally checked with the mechanic several times and let me know approximately how soon my service would be completed. More
