Initially I had an appointment but got sick and had to cancel. I had received an email and I requested a new appointment but I never received any reply, so I showed up at 7 am. The shuttle driver was marvelous. The only reason I gave 4 stars was lack of communication. You can never reach a service person via phone or email. All of the employees are friendly and are always busy. Perhaps they are short handed. Hope this helps! More

The location was nice and clean. The manager Mike came thru and advised if we needed anything he was there to avail himself. I was able to get in and get out in a timely fashion. I purchased my Nissan at automation Memphis, and have been getting my vehicle serviced there as well. Whenever I am there my salesperson Patrick Henderson always asks why I'm there, how happy I am with been getting my vehicle serviced there as well. Whenever I am there my salesperson Patrick Henderson always asks why I'm there, how happy I am with my vehicle and if there is anything he can help me with. On this last visit I felt with two Service Coordinators Davison and Matt, both were very helpful and friendly. The Service Manager Mike McMullen was extremely helpful in answering my questions about a recall notice on my vehicle and went above and beyond in assuring my service was completed in a timely manner. He personally checked with the mechanic several times and let me know approximately how soon my service would be completed. More
