(not moving) - they checked if everything was well attached under the car where i told the sound was from. huh? missunderstanding? i said a relay not a loose part. - and i forgot to mention to them the rear view mirror that does not dim at night. oh well. I am no longer getting any information from the dealership regarding the parts needed to repair my Nissan rogue sport. Recently I re-contacted the dealership regarding this after months of delays primarily due to the pandemic, however nothing has been or is being done. I thought one of the service specialist was being helpful and patiently waited for her to respond to me. Now she’s not even doing that. I’ve had problems here before which were all addressed and concluded to my satisfaction but this is indicative of how their service department starts out with you. More
