Need improvement in service department. Not interested in customer service. Work on car ok not when trying to use coupon to pay bill. Unbelievable what the service advisor came back from talking to a manager and advised unable to honor my request. The real reason no one knew how to refund credit on a credit card. The difference in money was $43. It is not about the money. I have been a customer of Nissan since 2012 . I don’t plan to go back. I am buying a new car this year will not buy from dealership on Hacks Cross Rd. I have no problem with work on my car from the service technicians. The service advisors need to be more customer first after all without customers no business!! More
The service was ok. My issue’s were I had a multipoint inspection coupon that says they top your fluids off at no charge but still got charged for them adding windshield wiper fluid. They also failed to p inspection coupon that says they top your fluids off at no charge but still got charged for them adding windshield wiper fluid. They also failed to provide the correct mileage sticker for when I should return for another oil change. Instead of reading my odemeter they used the old mileage sticker. Also no one went over anything after their service was finished like they normally would do. More

So disappointed in this dealership. If my car wasn’t under warranty there, I would be elsewhere. Horrible customer service, no one answers the phones, try to upswell you on issues that don’t need fixing under warranty there, I would be elsewhere. Had them tell me I had to replace all wheel locks and thankfully the only woman in the service area working, took me outside and told me to drive another 30 minutes to the farther Nissan dealership and they would just find the fit to my car- about an $80 difference.... took my car to get a rear brake light fixed and I had to take it back 4 different times for issues like “oh we don’t have the part” (after I’ve waited in the lobby for 45+ minutes) and then when I picked it back up the 3rd time , the middle break light was then out. Seriously, did someone not check? now I’ve been trying for days to contact someone about my warranty to see if my car can get towed and fixed and no one answers, has no helpful information , or tells me my car needs to be PHYSICALLY there to check my warranty ....? I work in customer service, have for 7+ years so normally I try to be very patient. This place does not care about their customers or their time. More
