The check in process and the Service writer Keri was excellent. I was not happy that they did not rotate my tires per the service order. And hey said they did! Kevin Ledesma went beyond his duties to make sure that my extended warrant company paid for all the work that was done on my truck. It took a bit longer but with patients and perseverance it was done without extended warrant company paid for all the work that was done on my truck. It took a bit longer but with patients and perseverance it was done without me having to pay additional money. I highly recommend my family and friends at Nissan in Pembroke pines.
