Kevin Ledesma went beyond his duties to make sure that my extended warrant company paid for all the work that was done on my truck. It took a bit longer but with patients and perseverance it was done without extended warrant company paid for all the work that was done on my truck. It took a bit longer but with patients and perseverance it was done without me having to pay additional money. I highly recommend my family and friends at Nissan in Pembroke pines. They did a fantastic job and thanks to Chris the supervisor who also assisted Kevin in getting my car repaired. More

Terrible service department and terrible extended warranty they refused to cover parts that are clearly not excluded from the warranty. Service manager said he would work on the problem but never cal warranty they refused to cover parts that are clearly not excluded from the warranty.
