The Customer Care Consultant was nice, but couldn't help me with the headlight issue with my 2015 Altima, gave me a phone number to call and they were no help. Poor experience at check in. Service advisor was pleasant. I waited 2 hours when I saw my car parked to be vacuumed. After 15 mins of seeing my car there without moving and with Service advisor was pleasant. I waited 2 hours when I saw my car parked to be vacuumed. After 15 mins of seeing my car there without moving and with 3 cars ahead of it, I went looking for my service rep since I didn't want to wait. Apparently the rep was out to lunch and no one else could help me check out. Service's general managers number is posted on a banner, so I called to make him aware of my situation. So I called and there was no answer. Luckily for me, there was another manager who was eager to help. Fifteen minutes had passed until the keys appeared. Overall, I spent 3 hours in the dealer for a simple oil change. Thumbs down. More
