The Customer Care Consultant was nice, but couldn't help me with the headlight issue with my 2015 Altima, gave me a phone number to call and they were no help. I was not informed that the warranty was extended and now I am being told it's expired! How do I get this fixed? More

Poor experience at check in. Service advisor was pleasant. I waited 2 hours when I saw my car parked to be vacuumed. After 15 mins of seeing my car there without moving and with Service advisor was pleasant. I waited 2 hours when I saw my car parked to be vacuumed. After 15 mins of seeing my car there without moving and with 3 cars ahead of it, I went looking for my service rep since I didn't want to wait. Apparently the rep was out to lunch and no one else could help me check out. Service's general managers number is posted on a banner, so I called to make him aware of my situation. So I called and there was no answer. Luckily for me, there was another manager who was eager to help. Fifteen minutes had passed until the keys appeared. Overall, I spent 3 hours in the dealer for a simple oil change. Thumbs down. More

I had an oil change and new filters installed. Wait time was about an hour and a half which is yo be expected after a dealership. Wish they didn’t leave my car running for the 15 minutes it took for them to go over my paperwork and pay as gas prices are super high, but overall staff was friendly. More
