I pay got to my car...... and my car was not vacuumed and the protective plastic and paper was still in there.... several cars went before mine. This might be a small issue to some but it's not ok if all of your customers are not treated fairly.. what should happen is a sequence... mechanics pull up car, attendant gets paperwork, ensure it gets cleaned out... take customers to counter to pay and then customers comes out to clean car... not here your bill thank you for coming..... what makes your business a great business is the service at the end More

The service department has had a complete change of personnel and it seems like they have no clue about things should go. You can’t get service writers or managers to return calls.
