Quick service. Was in at 10a out at 1pm. Needed a full service and brakes. What was not appropriated was the attendant took me to counter to pay.... I noticed my ca Was in at 10a out at 1pm. Needed a full service and brakes. What was not appropriated was the attendant took me to counter to pay.... I noticed my car was in the front by they waiting area for about 10 minutes.. I pay got to my car...... and my car was not vacuumed and the protective plastic and paper was still in there.... several cars went before mine. This might be a small issue to some but it's not ok if all of your customers are not treated fairly.. what should happen is a sequence... mechanics pull up car, attendant gets paperwork, ensure it gets cleaned out... take customers to counter to pay and then customers comes out to clean car... not here your bill thank you for coming..... what makes your business a great business is the service at the end More
