The service department has had a complete change of personnel and it seems like they have no clue about things should go. You can’t get service writers or managers to return calls. Vehicle goes in for personnel and it seems like they have no clue about things should go. You can’t get service writers or managers to return calls. Vehicle goes in for oil change and takes 3 days to get it back and if your service writer’s not working forget about being helped until he/she returns. Very unhappy with the service. More
