Can you please help me? On my invoice 785521 dated 03/22/2022 it says brake light is out and was a accident needs a head lamp ASSY passenger 1.00. There was no accident. Customer approved only brake light, I did approve the brake light. Also I wanted them to check my headlight on drivers side it is not as dark as other side and seems to be shinning down. I was not told that I needed a headlamp. I was told the bulb was glued in. They could not find any record of servicing my headlight before. I showed them my invoices from March 14, 2019 and from March 29, 2019, invoice numbers 701662 and 702891 when I had the headlight plastic cover and the headlamp installed and repaired by you. The service director said he adjusted the headlight and was able to bring it up some, and I was very grateful. But I would like someone to tell me what it means on the invoice about needing a head lamp ASSY. I am very satisfied with the other service repairs that were done. The service director and service advisor both went out of the way to help me. I would just like to know what needs to be done about the headlight. Thank you so much. More
