I was not happy with my services. The person taking care of me had me pay more for an oil change and didn't even have the car inspected for my car insurance company. He said that people called out because they were high and had hangovers. This is not a conversation that should be had in front of customers. Why should I know that the employees get high. I work for a hospital if I said anything like that in front of patients I could lose my job. Worse service ever and I hate that male representatives always find a way to cheat women. I paid the $75 for the oil change but I will never return to this place ever again. WOMEN BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF PAYING MORE FOR BASIC SERVICES!! More
Service department is the worst ever. I bought my car with an issue in the AC, they checked it 5 days after I bought the car and said that it is fixed. When it happened again after 95 day I bought my car with an issue in the AC, they checked it 5 days after I bought the car and said that it is fixed. When it happened again after 95 days, they refused to fix it, and gave me a $2700 estimate! I called warranty to see why they rejected it, they said Autonation service department did not report the issue from the beginning, and they have no record, so they wont be able to fix it.
