Just a follow up to my previous review: On 8/17/13 I met with Stephen Notley to discuss the problems I am having with my car. I told him that I did not want AutoNation of Pembroke Pines working on my car because every time they try to repair a problem, it just creates more problems & that 85% of the people I have dealt with at that dealership were dishonest. I told him that the car was not put together properly at the factory & therefore I will continue to have problems. He said he would get with Nissan & see what they would do. On Monday 8/19/13, Stephen Notley called me to say Nissan was not willing to do anything & requested I take the car to the AutoNation Dealership in Ft Lauderdale. On 8/23/13 I took my car to AutoNation Nissan in Ft Lauderdale for the air conditioner problems, (i.e. mildew smell & the clunking noises). They checked the car over & could only smell the air freshener in the A/C that the Pembroke Pines Dealership put in the A/C to mask the mildew smell. The clunking noise is the doors on the heater core. The entire heater core needs to be replaced which means the dashboard needs to come out of the vehicle AGAIN for the 3rd time. This car is only 6 months old. It has been totally disassembled. You can only take it apart so many times before it starts rattling. This is so unfair. I bought a new vehicle & GOT A LEMON!!!!!!! Neither NISSAN nor AUTONATION see anything wrong with this picture. THIS CAR IS A LEMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just another follow up to my review. 9/19/13 - My car was back at the dealer. Brakes are squeaking. Had to have the pads replaced even though they were not worn & replace the calipers. This car is only 6 months old & the calipers & pins already had to be replaced. What is wrong with this picture??? The car is a lemon. State of Florida, here I come. I have a car that is 6 moths old. It has flooded for the first 3 months before they could find the leak. The leak was in the firewall because it was not sealed properly at the factory. They removed the fender to fix the leak & put it back on crooked. The evaporator & the heater core had to be replaced. The rear taillight was not put in correctly so it squeaked. Another factory defect. The rear brakes & calipers had to be replaced. Another factory defect? THE CAR IS A LEMON!!!!!!!!!! Neither Nissan or AutoNation think it should be replaced. So disheartening!!!!

Just another review about my terrible experience. On 12/14/2013 The State of Florida Lemon Law arbitrator has awarded me a new vehicle. They agreed the car is a lemon. Nissan had 45 days to replace the car. I went to the AutoNation dealership in Pembroke Pines and picked out the replacement car. Today is 3/3/2014 & still nothing has been completed. I have hired an attorney to complete this. It is going to cost Nissan more by the time this is done because now they will be responsible for my attorney's fees too. Stay away from Nissan & AutoNation because they don't stand behind their cars. Been a fight from the start. I am one unhappy customer.
