None of the 9 recommendations was discussed with me while the truck was in the shop. I would have liked the mechanic to explain why some of his recommendations are necessary. They are always friendly, but it does seem like a lot of turnaround (I've rarely had the same service tech). Also, they didn't seem to remember the last thing that was done there.
