Dealer identified and corrected a poorly-installed brake job that was done by a different Nissan dealer in Texas. Remains TBD if this truly solves the knocking noise, but so far it has. I was disappointed with the service. Then I spent 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for did the oil change. when they brought me the car I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to give me the keys. In addition to that, when I went to pay the price had risen to $62, when I asked, they told me that they were dealer fees, but I explained that they had never told me. I was very upset because if they had told me from the beginning I would not have bought them. More
