AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines - Service Center

This is second time that after I picked my car, and the anti theft wheel nut was missing. The first time the 4 original were lost, I had to wait an hour for a replacement. Only one was given to me. Now yes anti theft wheel nut was missing. The first time the 4 original were lost, I had to wait an hour for a replacement. Only one was given to me. Now yesterday after I got home I thought of checking the glove compartment just in case, and of course it was missing again. I had to drive back to the dealership, ask to talk to to the manager who never showed up, so talked to Champ who’s very nice. Again had to wait an hour for the replacement. Finally when they brought the car back the hood was not shut , don’t know why it was opened to begin with when the work had to be done on the tires. The car was left in the pouring rain, I had to go close the hood myself. Obviously I did not have a great experience. I’ve being taking my car to be serviced to you guys for the last 6 years, just hope next time I won’t have any other issues. I usually don’t write reviews, that’s how frustrating this was for me. I just feel lucky that I checked and didn’t have a flat tire. More

Simple oil change takes 2-3 hours. Car washed after the service. Which is standard on most dealerships. Shuttle service was not available on Saturday, which is sucks.
