I was there for 30,000 mile checkup on 7/12/2022. My service person was Beatriz Perez. She was very pleasant and I hope to see her on my next visit. Sad there is such a big turn around for employees. I don’t know his name but the man who greets people is wonderful. He told me he was 80 but liked what he does. Give him a raise! Thank you for your service. My only complaint was the $580.00 charge. Sandy Quality of work who knows. On Christmas Day car wld not start and again 3 weeks later. AAA said I needed a battery but I’m sure because it was under warranty service did not replace it. On the second trip in January Antonio Vila made sure the service department put in a new battery. Works fine now. Two trips and 2 AAA trips was not necessary so the QUALITY of work on 7/12/2022 will have to wait, More

Oil change doesn’t take over 2hrs to change. Not to mention the advisor went home didn’t tell me about what’s going on with my car. I had to ask different Advisor Kevin which he got my car and h Not to mention the advisor went home didn’t tell me about what’s going on with my car. I had to ask different Advisor Kevin which he got my car and help me with everything. Kevin told me the Mechanic seen something wrong with my Axel wanted me to drop my car off maybe the next week. I did had to get loaner. Come to find out nothing was wrong with my Axel. Omg came last week Friday to pick up my car. Nobody could find my car. It was about 20 mins for them to locate my car. Not to mention I had to pay for gas in the Loaner car in which I didn’t need in the first place. When I got my car back it was Dirty. They could’ve wash my car. The service is Horrible and advisor are unprofessional especially the lady I had. Every time…I come there I have to step out of character to get service done. I only come to this location because I Purchase the car here. I’m very Unsatisfied. Most likely will not be coming back there for service. More
