Worst Nissan service center ever. FRAUD… BEWARE. My car had an Airbag issue. It was under the warranty at that time. They told the part was back ordered because of COVID. I waited fo FRAUD… BEWARE. I enquired about the part multiple times but the reply was “still waiting for part to be delivered”. Finally, they told me to bring the car for repair. I left my car for 3days. They told my that the repair was completed. However, after 2weeks the airbag light came back again. I went back again and then I was told that they never replaced the part because now the car was not under warranty. Why did they keep my car for 3 days if they couldn’t repair it? Why was I lied to about repair when I picked my car? They had no answer. Just refused to honor the warranty and repair. AVOID at all costs if possible. More

Othniel was very helpful. I was poorly describing the issue, and he took time to go out to my car to see what exactly I was talking about. Poor experience at check in. Service advisor was pleasant. I waited 2 hours when I saw my car parked to be vacuumed. After 15 mins of seeing my car there without moving and with Service advisor was pleasant. I waited 2 hours when I saw my car parked to be vacuumed. After 15 mins of seeing my car there without moving and with 3 cars ahead of it, I went looking for my service rep since I didn't want to wait. Apparently the rep was out to lunch and no one else could help me check out. Service's general managers number is posted on a banner, so I called to make him aware of my situation. So I called and there was no answer. Luckily for me, there was another manager who was eager to help. Fifteen minutes had passed until the keys appeared. Overall, I spent 3 hours in the dealer for a simple oil change. Thumbs down. More
