The attention received was acceptable, specially at the time of arrival. So I had appointment at 3 but no one saw me nor took my car in till 4pm. That’s my only complaint I had to leave work early for this and still had to wait over an hour for anyone to even realize my car was car in till 4pm. The service department gave me an appointment for 4:00 and fail to record the time. When I arrived at 3:50 pm they referred to me as a walk in and left me sitting in the lobby for 1 hours before anyone s and fail to record the time. Finally, I meet a man by the name of Champ who took good care of me. The staff Member working beside Champ said he did not care, and walked away. I think if that is the opinion of the staff about my service then it does not matter to the company. This is first time I received this treatment in 4 years. Management is in need of improvement when working with customers. Thank God For Champ(Evenor Rodriquez). He deserve a 10 or an excellent rating for the Service Department.
