AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines - Service Center

The service department gave me an appointment for 4:00 and fail to record the time. When I arrived at 3:50 pm they referred to me as a walk in and left me sitting in the lobby for 1 hours before anyone s and fail to record the time. Finally, I meet a man by the name of Champ who took good care of me. The staff Member working beside Champ said he did not care, and walked away. I think if that is the opinion of the staff about my service then it does not matter to the company. This is first time I received this treatment in 4 years. Management is in need of improvement when working with customers. Thank God For Champ(Evenor Rodriquez). He deserve a 10 or an excellent rating for the Service Department.
