I became concerned about the quality of service when the service dept. representative told me that the oil change would be $79. Apparently he had no clue that my car was an EV, a Nissan Leaf, which has no o service dept. representative told me that the oil change would be $79. Apparently he had no clue that my car was an EV, a Nissan Leaf, which has no oil and does not need oil changes. I asked if he knew what kind of car I had, no real answer. He asked me why I was there, I told him when I bought the car they set up this appt. to check the battery capacity. He asked me for an email stating that. I don't have such an email, they told me that when they made the appt. He asked to see all my emails for the appt., which I pulled up on my phone. I felt this was unnecessary and had a bad feeling that they had no idea how to service an EV. He left for quite some time and came back and said they would check the battery. I ultimately was there for around 2 hours and they gave me a sheet of paper claiming it was a battery test. I have no idea if anything was done, and I don't feel confident taking my EV back for future maintenance. More
Absolutely terrible service. The technician i used to go to here, left and warned me this place was going downhill fast. I should have listened. Brought my car in for a simple repair that they were aware of to here, left and warned me this place was going downhill fast. I should have listened. Brought my car in for a simple repair that they were aware of, my car sat there all day and i was finally told “the part never came in”. Whatever, that was okay, so i leave my car over the weekend because i was told the part would be in on Monday. Monday came around and i tried contacting my service technician Robert Blair multiple times, they deliberately ignore you here. Robert told me the par had come in around 11am and should be ready around 4:30. The tech finally calls me back at 5:30pm on Monday only to tell me the part never came in and “i should just come and get my car” mind you, they completely took apart my car and didnt have the part to replace it! They put an old part back on my car that they had laying around the shop. Got in touch with a manager Robert and he refused book me an appointment and make sure the part was in stock, he told me to talk to one of the service techs (the ones that cant communicate). Save your time and effort and do not go here. There is much better service out there. More
