Bought my car here in MArch. I love it! Got a nail in my tire, and Subaru Hunt Valley said just bring my car in (no appointment). The service advisor checked the tire, identif I love it! He was instrumental in helping me find and purchase the Subaru that I wanted. I am so very grateful for his help as I was in quite a bind with the repurchase situation. My salesperson, Larry Adamski was very helpful. Josiah was very patient explaining the new car controls. He encouraged me to call him or stop by with any questions that I had. The employees were kind and the dealership clean. The time I spent inside was ridiculously long. I had a blinking light on dashboard that I wanted to be checked. I spoke with someone and they did not lift the hood of my car until I had been there 1 hr 15 minutes. I never got an update of what was happening or how long I would be there. I was there for 2 hr 50 min! I had made an appt early at 8:15. There should not have been a backup of cars that early in the morning. My Subaru is 12 years old. They gave me an unnecessary laundry list of repairs I “needed” on my car. I never go to the dealership for oil changes and this experience is the reason why. Love my mechanics at Babcocks Service Center! They’re the best! More
