Bought my 21' WRX from here and absolutely loved the staff, the response times were great, nor were they pushy on calls or pressuring into packages or add on. Which brings me to the new online scheduling system Auto Nation apparently “upgraded” to. Missing links etc. made it impossible to use. I ended up calling the service department, which promptly got me in at a date/time that worked for me. The online service appointment scheduler needs some serious work, though! More
