As usual I arrived for my appointment on time and was attended to by my service advisor George Wolfe in due course. We discussed the necessary requirements and as I was going to wait I took a seat in attended to by my service advisor George Wolfe in due course. We discussed the necessary requirements and as I was going to wait I took a seat in the waiting area which, of course, was clean and comfortable. I was regularly informed of progress by my Service Advisor. There was additional work required and this was discussed with me and my consent obtained. I service was completed and all was good. I was informed that regrettably the car wash was out of service but nevertheless my car was spotless. I shall return for all my future services More

I was advised a few months back that I needed brake service. AutoNation checked and advised that the brakes did not need brake pads at this time, and I wasn't charged for the appointment.
