Upon arrival, staff treated me with respect and care. They explained the process since it was my first time taking the vehicle.   My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester from Auto Nation in Cockeysville, MD. We are from Pennsylvania and had no previous experience with this dealership but their prices seemed t Forester from Auto Nation in Cockeysville, MD. We are from Pennsylvania and had no previous experience with this dealership but their prices seemed to be competitive. Our experience with our sales representative Jeff McGroder was excellent.  When we got the vehicle home we realized that there was paint damage on the hood and roof probably from tree sap. We decided we were going to take the car back and get our money back. General Manager Allen Burrill met us at the Dealership and made a promise to me that he would do whatever it would take to resolve this issue, even if it meant repainting the hood and roof. Well, that’s exactly what happened and the new paint is beautiful. Then I took the car to have it inspected in Pennsylvania. The Inspector noticed the two rear tires were dry rotted. There was also an oil leak coming from the engine. I emailed Allen and told him what they had found. Then I made an appointment to take it back down to Auto Nation the next day. I thought the oil leak would be covered but was prepared to buy two new tires. Service representative Trevor Swart informed me that the tires were also beyond their life span. Without hesitation Allen agreed to put two new tires on the car. The oil leak was covered under the warranty. The engine had to be removed to fix the oil leaks. They kept the vehicle and provided me with a loaner. So, I can say this Dealership really gets it right. I highly recommend Auto Nation in Hunt Valley!   More

I took my Subaru Outback for my first service, what a great beginning of what I hope will be years of first rate servicing. My service advisor, George, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable great beginning of what I hope will be years of first rate servicing. What impressed me is how before service began there is a full visual inspection of the auto appearance with photos also taken. This is a great way to avoid disputes over possible damage reports during servicing. This was not done when I had prior vehicles from other dealers. My service was completed in a timely fashion, the waiting area was comfortable. I am very pleased and highly recommend this dealership. More
