I had a wonderful experience at Subaru for my first service appointment. It was fast organized and timely. I love that everything could be done by text messaging as well as being able to pay for servic service appointment. It was fast organized and timely. My last car was a Toyota and I must say that Toyota service was terrible. The wait times were extensive. I love my new Subaru and my first experience with Subaru service was awesome. I was reminded about my appointment. The drop off time was minimal. I was texted when my car would be ready. And I was able to pay before picking up my car. My car was done on time and ready for me when I showed up. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am thus far. More
