Terrible service that has left us with an undriveable vehicle for the next month. We did most of our shopping online, but when we came in, the monthly rate on financing nearly doubled what we were to vehicle for the next month. But when I went in with my girlfriend to trade in her new car, they took one look at me and the game changed. We were treated like fraudsters and criminals. They dragged their feet on our paperwork while they questioned us Luke we were being interrogated at a police station. They made tons of "mistakes" on our paperwork so they would have an excuse to question us more and look at our ID's. They even asked for my ID, even though I wasn't the one buying the car. We were treated awfully. The only reason we stayed and bought the car was because it was a used car with all the features we were looking for. Otherwise we would have left. We paid for them to handle our title and registration, THEY WAITED OVER A MONTH TO SUBMIT IT to out state's DMV. So now because they took their sweet time, our registration expired yesterday and we can't drive our car for another month until the DMV sends us our plates and tags. We have been contacting them for the last month worried this would happen, and they assured us it was taken care of. It was not. It was like pulling teeth just to get a transaction ID from them so we could track the registration ourselves. Toward the end they stopped replying to our emails promptly and emailed us short, curt responses. If we could return the vehicle, we would. This place is the absolute worst. Good luck dealing with them. They'll act friendly, even when they are treating you like a criminal until you buy something. Then you barely matter More
