I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I was not prepared for the cost however. I figured maybe $500 at the most. It was close to $800. It would have been nice to have a vending machine to purchase a snack. When I asked if my vehicle's curved "out of shape key" caused the problem they said no and I would have to order another key if I wanted one. I thought since the cost to repair the problem was so high and unexpected, they could have offered to order me a free key. More
